Q: Do you include a personal one-on-one consultation as part of your resume development service?
A: ABSOLUTELY! We believe that developing a professional winning resume takes a collaborative effort between the job seeker and the resume writer. Most of our clients are long distance and therefore much of our work is accomplished over the phone and via email. However, we maintain the personal contact through telephone consultations, targeted questionnaires, email and when desired through FaceTime or Skype.

A: We accept cash, cashier’s check, or credit and debit cards through PayPal because they provide secure transactions and convenience for both client and provider. We require payment in advance of the commencement of your documents or coaching strategies and payment is non-refundable. Most professionals in this industry operate with similar policies. A: Your satisfaction is our “utmost goal” and we will work with you toward that end.
I understand that the services offered require a substantial financial investment. I will never minimize that. I am not wealthy, and neither are most of my clients, so I understand the need to budget. It is important that you understand that the investment you make for your resume and job search is an investment in your future earning potential.

Q: How long does this process take?
A: Each project is unique and the preparation time can vary depending on how much of the information each client has previously gathered together. The writing process begins when we receive all the necessary intake information so that we can write an attention-getting resume, cover letter, and/or LinkedIn profile. From the time we receive all of the information to begin your project, you can expect to receive the draft of your new resume within 14 business days. In a hurry?
