The United States (federal and/or state law), Canada, the European Union and other jurisdictions may have privacy laws that govern your interactions with Radiant Resume Career Services and Posey Salem (“RRCS”).
This Privacy Policy sets forth RRCS’s policies with respect to information collected and stored directly from clients and self-identified prospective clients and through https://www.radiantresumeservices.com and/or the services and sites referenced below.
If you are concerned about the privacy of your personal information and wish to interact with Radiant Resume Career Services as a website or are another online user, client, or prospective client, please read this Privacy Policy which governs use and storage of such information. If you do not consent to this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of this site and any associated third-party sites or media. Sensitive Data
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to information that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health, genetic, and / or biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.
Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between RRCS and you and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
Website
RRCS does not collect personally identifying information from visitors to this site unless voluntarily and knowingly submitted by the visitor.
Information provided through your use of this site will only be used to (1) notify you or respond to your requests, (2) anonymously measure traffic and visitor patterns at this site, or (3) provide proof of a new client’s consent to work with us upon their previous verbal consent and after reading and validating the work agreement. RRCS does not provide or sell any information to third parties.
RRCS does not currently use “cookies” (small pieces of data sent to your computer browser from some web servers and stored on your computer’s hard drive to remember your information). RRCS believes that any service provider on which it relies that may use cookies does not store or provide RRCS or third parties with any personally identifiable information about its users.

Website Comments
At this time we do not provide the opportunity for readers of our blog posts to make comments nor do we collect information often requested when posting comments on other websites.
RRCS does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 18. If RRCS is informed that personally identifiable information has been collected from a person under the age of 18, it will remove such data from its records.
Newsletter
RRCS uses an email management service called Mad Mimi to manage all newsletter email communications. Please see its privacy policy for more information. You can opt out of email communications via the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email or contact RRCS directly at posey (at) radiantresume (dot) com to request to be unsubscribed and deleted from RRCS’s Mad Mimi database.
Scheduling
At this time RRCS does not use an online scheduling service.
Payment Processing
RRCS uses PayPal, a third party online payment processor, to process all online payments. RRCS does not retain any financial information such as credit card numbers. All such information is provided directly to PayPal, whose use of your personal information is governed by its privacy policy.
Text Messaging
RRCS may use text messaging to communicate with current clients and individuals who have self-identified as clients. RRCS does not use text messaging for marketing of any kind.
Social Media / Social Networking Sites
RRCS’s service may include interfaces that allow you to connect with social media sites (each an “SNS”). If you connect to a SNS through its service, your data may be accessed, used and stored based on your settings on that SNS. RRCS may access, use and store that information in accordance with this policy. You can revoke our access to the information you provide in this way at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable SNS.
RRCS may use Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media sites. Please read each site’s privacy policy before sharing any personally identifiable information on such site.
Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software
As of the current date, RRCS does not use CRM software.
Storage of Information
RRCS may store personally identifiable information for a period of time in one or more forms.
Use of any submission form on this site requires any visitor who submits personal information to consent to such storage.
Clients consent to such storage by means of acceptance of a services agreement, terms of conditions, or payment of fee for services. Any client who engaged RRCS for services prior to the date above is bound by this privacy policy upon notice of its revision.
The GDPR of the European Union or other applicable law may allow such consent to be revoked (see below for contact information).
Other Sites
This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that RRCS is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites. RRCS encourages its users to read the privacy policies of each and every website with which they share personal information.
Revisions, Amendments and Modifications
RRCS reserves the right to change this policy at any time without advance notice by posting a new notice on this site.

We will be happy to provide revisions, however, for written documents (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, bio, etc.) there is a maximum of two revisions. No Faulty Guarantees
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee interviews or jobs, since we do not control the effort a client will make towards obtaining a job. We cannot control the competition who may be vying for the same position as our client. Nor can we know in advance if employers will choose to not fill positions which are advertised. We believe any resume or career service guaranteeing an interview or a job is not operating in good faith.
