A: As a professional resume writer and career consultant, I am a Writer, Marketer, Navigator, and Designer. I focus on career professionals at every level including college graduates. You don’t have to be an expert in resumes or job search; that’s my job. Writer – I’m a professional writer not just a resume typist. I have completed training by some of the best resume writers in the world, like Gayle Howard, a multi-award winning and internationally recognized Master Resume Writer. I take part in continuing education courses and training events throughout the year to stay on top of changing technology and hiring trends. I am an internationally Certified ADVANCED Resume Writer, and this credential holds my work to a higher standard of resume development and writing. I’m very proud to be the resume writer with the most resume samples included in the Resumes for Dummies 7th Edition book by Laura DeCarlo and published by John Wiley & Sons Publishing.

Marketer – My job is to “sell” you and the abundant potential, experience, and value-added talents you have to offer to prospective employers. I use keywords and professional marketing techniques to demonstrate clearly you are an excellent job candidate. This optimization matches your talent, skills, value, and experience to the essential words and phrases that employers use to find qualified candidates.

Navigator – You don’t have to be a job search expert and read 25+ books. I have the knowledge and resources to help you get up-to-speed quickly with your job search.You will know what you must do to shorten your job search time, how to navigate the hidden job market, and quickly land the job of your dreams. Q: Do you include a personal one-on-one consultation as part of your resume development service?

A: ABSOLUTELY! We believe that developing a professional winning resume takes a collaborative effort between the job seeker and the resume writer. Most of our clients are long distance, and therefore much of our work is accomplished over the phone and via email. However, we maintain the personal contact through telephone consultations, targeted questionnaires, email and when desired through FaceTime or Skype.

Q: How can I pay for your services?

A: We accept cash, cashier’s check, or credit and debit cards through PayPal because they provide secure transactions and convenience for both client and provider. We require payment in advance of the commencement of your documents or coaching strategies, and payment is non-refundable. Most professionals in this industry operate with similar policies. The services we provide are custom-crafted intellectual property and cannot be “re-shelved” and sold to someone else. Everything we do, we do for you, our client.

Q: Do You Offer a Guarantee?

A: Your satisfaction is our “utmost goal,” and we will work with you toward that end.

I understand that the services offered require a substantial financial investment. I will never minimize that. I am not wealthy, and neither are most of my clients, so I understand the need to budget. It is important that you understand that the investment you make for your resume and job search is an investment in your future earning potential.

Payment for services is non-refundable but can be used at a later time or transferred to someone else.

Q: How long does this process take?

A: Each project is unique and the preparation time can vary depending on how much of the information each client has previously gathered together. The writing process begins when we receive all the necessary intake information so that we can write an attention-getting resume, cover letter, and/or LinkedIn profile. From the time we receive all of the information to begin your project, you can expect to receive the draft of your new resume within 14 business days. In a hurry?
